Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only. We do not currently ship outside the US, and checkout will not accept an international address.

Shipping cost. Free shipping on US orders of $45.00 or more. Below $45.00, a flat Standard rate of $6.25 applies. The Freeze-Drying Packaging Starter Kit is priced above the threshold, so it always ships free — including after the WELCOME10 discount is applied.

Handling time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. Handling time is the window before the parcel is handed to the carrier; carrier transit time is in addition to it.

Where it ships from. During our validation launch, the packaging starter kit is ordered from PackFreshUSA after your purchase and ships directly to you in the manufacturer's own packaging.

Tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the shipment is created. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delays. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
